Job description
Overview:
- We are looking for an energetic, self-driven and focused candidate for Business Development role for our business in India who would support the journey of business expansion, expanding clientele base, and building new opportunities for business.
- The candidate have the advantage of working on different verticals (Rx, OTC, diagnostics and devices), various business models under different therapeutic categories.
- The candidate will be working closely with Country Head – India business and Regional Lead of BD&L.
Responsibilities:
- Building business proposals, market evaluation, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, go-to market plan, P&L assessment and new product launches
- Conduct comprehensive market research for purposes of new business expansion, new products, internal-external portfolio assessment.
- Support end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitches and presentations.
- Close collaboration and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assessing timelines, logistics, schedules, cost and other estimations associated with a project.
Requirements:
- B.Pharma / B.Tech with MBA with 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales and business development from Pharma / Medical services (age group mid to late 30s)
- Proven track record of generating new business leads, work on new business leads, project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software / Power point presentation and data analysis.
- Proficiency in English
- Therapeutic & Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills
