Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.

Job description

Overview:


  • We are looking for an energetic, self-driven and focused candidate for Business Development role for our business in India who would support the journey of business expansion, expanding clientele base, and building new opportunities for business. 
  • The candidate have the advantage of working on different verticals (Rx, OTC, diagnostics and devices), various business models under different therapeutic categories. 
  • The candidate will be working closely with Country Head – India business and Regional Lead of BD&L. 


Responsibilities:


  • Building business proposals, market evaluation, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, go-to market plan, P&L assessment and new product launches 
  • Conduct comprehensive market research for purposes of new business expansion, new products, internal-external portfolio assessment.
  • Support end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitches and presentations.
  • Close collaboration and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assessing timelines, logistics, schedules, cost and other estimations associated with a project.


Requirements:


  • B.Pharma / B.Tech with MBA with 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales and business development from Pharma / Medical services (age group mid to late 30s)
  • Proven track record of generating new business leads, work on new business leads, project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software / Power point presentation and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Therapeutic & Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills
