Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of marketing plans that align with overall brand objectives.
- Develop promotional materials and POSMs to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Manage social content calendar and digital ad schedule and ensure that content is rolled out in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and launch of new products, from launch and Go To Market.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure brand plans are executed to drive business objectives.
- Execute promotional activities, including Key Account, Local Store, Events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of promotional campaigns
- Provide regular updates and reports to the SMM on brand performance and campaign results.
- Assist in managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Conduct market analysis via available tools, trade visits or digital content and be proactive and reactive to consumer and market trends.
- Track and report brand expenditure, sales performance.
- Track and measure effectiveness of brand events and sampling activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Studies/Health-related discipline or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role preferable in FMCG, Consumer Health environment.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
