Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. Job description
Responsibilities:
- The Brand Manager will be managing a portfolio of DTC consumer health products.
- Key responsibility includes developing annual brand marketing plan and launch plan in line with strategy, budget and targets of company.
- Lead the development of launch plans and tactics, engaging in activities such as Brand Strategy, Strategic/Operational Planning and Execution.
- This position covers the Philippine market.
- The Product Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams both internally and externally - sales, finance, supply chain and third-party agency partners.
Major activities
- Lead in go to market strategy, launch execution, activation, advertising and promotion for deployment of Brand Marketing Plan.
- Drive the brand by working cross functionally and tracking development of all product initiatives to ensure timely launch of NPD within objectives and timeline.
- Provide monthly analysis and findings with plan of actions using market share and available data.
- Responsible in managing brand budget. Monitor and control A&P expenditure within budget allocations.
- Lead on-going analysis and review of new products, category, market trends, promotional programs and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and product pipelining.
- Involved in the S&OP process, which involves monthly inventory sales forecast and monitoring as well as the interface between supplier and partners.
- Knowledgeable in product lifecycle management
- Familiar with digital and social media platforms.
- Familiar and comply to advertisement compliance for healthcare products
- Familiar with business to business (corporate) marketing

Requirements:
- Degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
- Understand consumer sales journey and familiar with social media platforms.
- Good analytical skills, evaluate data and provide insights to improve sales.
- Min 3 years of brand management and trade marketing experience from Consumer Health/FMCG products.
- Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills and able to illustrate agility to work and manage cross-functional teams.
- Able to demonstrate new pilots in the areas of digital and analytics
- Detail oriented and having the ability to actively listen.
- Solid communication skills including presentation, verbal and written abilities. Shortlisted candidates are required to do a business case project.
