Job description

Responsibilities:

Website / Extranet: Editing, maintenance and publication of content (newsletter, creating new pages)
Contact point for the subsidiaries regarding user administration on the extranet and Word Press training
Editing, translation and release of product information (PI) in co-operation with the product managers
Editing, translation and publication of price information, project and country conditions for subsidiaries and partners in the ERP system
Maintenance of product prices and conditions in the ERP system
Document management with Profile (PDM)
Responsible for processing the product roadmap
Technical documentation: coordination with external suppliers and translators
Various assistance tasks for the Sales & Marketing department: organizing events and meetings, taking minutes
Publication of management system documents on the extranet

Requirements:

Basic commercial training or comparable training
Further training as a webmaster / web publisher or equivalent professional experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
Very good MS Office skills
Responsible and resilient personality with a high level of service orientation
Very independent, conscientious and precise way of working
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English and French
