Responsibilities:
AI Solution Development:
- Ability to translate business problems to AI problem statement, Ability to evaluate the need of AI & optimal use of AI. Design and develop Gen AI applications and AI algorithms to address complex challenges across various domains.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
Model Training and Optimization:
- Finetune LLM Models with custom data, continuously improve model performance through rigorous training and optimization processes.
Collaborative Problem-Solving:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve pressing challenges and enhance product capabilities.
Strategic AI Implementation:
- Architect and scale AI solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Mentor and lead a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong experience in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience:
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing AI solutions.
Analytical Skills:
- Proficient in using advanced data analytics tools and techniques to interpret complex datasets.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
- Excellent problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions and optimize AI algorithms.
- Advanced Degree: Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding in NLP techniques, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the airline industry, particularly in roles focused on customer experience or digital transformation.
- Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, preferably Azure.
- LLM Application Integration: Previous work experience or personal experience in integrating LLMs into production applications or building LLM powered applications using LangChain or other frameworks.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading AI projects and teams, ability to work across teams – cross functional , knowledge of agile delivery
