Job description

Responsibilities:


Team Leadership: 


  • Guide a team of Agile Leads, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment.


Agile Expertise: 


  • Develop and refine processes and methodologies for product and project delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.


Collaboration: 


  • Facilitate cross-domain communication to promote innovation and knowledge sharing.


Performance Analysis: 


  • Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends for continuous improvement.


Project Support: 


  • Assist in defining and executing small projects, ensuring effective governance and stakeholder communication.


Risk Management: 


  • Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring timely escalation and intervention.


Continuous Improvement: 


  • Foster a culture of ongoing learning and refinement in processes and practices.


Conflict Resolution:


  • Address and resolve conflicts, ensuring a focus on delivering business outcomes.


Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Proven experience in leading organizational transformation and change management.
  • Proficient in Continuous Improvement strategies.
  • Knowledge of Governance & Assurance principles.
  • Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to create and communicate clear goals aligned with business strategy.
  • Experience in talent recruitment, development, and retention.
