Job description

The role:


  • Are you commercial, do you want to see quick results and are you a hunter? Do you want to contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization in the B2B market? Then apply as Account Manager Inside Sales (New Business)
  • You may remember us from your school books (the Bosatlas and the Collegebundel probably ring a bell), but today we are the indispensable knowledge partner for Legal, Tax and Public professionals. We offer up-to-date information, software and tools and provide innovative ways to make this information continuously available and accessible. We are making the transition to being a tech company “driven by knowledge”.
  • Customers are increasingly opting for a remote account manager; always available and doing business faster. 
  • That is why you will play a crucial role in this role in further expanding our customer base by following up on warm leads (from marketing) and thus generating new business.


Responsibilities:


Portfolio renewal:


  • You proactively make proposals for the renewal and improvement of product portfolios based on identified developments at your prospects/customers and in order to increase your sales and turnover.


Account management


  • You create an account plan for your market. 
  • With this you work your market and prospects/customers. 
  • You have and take responsibility for the expansion and further development of your portfolio. 


Appointments and administration:


  • You keep the information you receive on the phone from your prospects/customers accurately, so that all administrative and (after)sales activities can be carried out by the Customer Service department
  • Think of order entry, invoicing and delivery.


Requirements:


  • HBO work and thinking level;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
  • Affinity with products and services is an advantage (for example experience with online and/or software sales or some basic knowledge of the tax or legal sector).
  • Characteristic of the Inside Sales department is that a high degree of independence and professionalism is required and offered. A premium brand also requires a premium approach and experience of and by customers in the contacts they have with you.
