Job description

Role Description:


  • We are looking for an Account Executive, willing to travel between Capelle aan den IJssel and Amsterdam, with a strong network within Investor Relations.
  • You will advise our clients in achieving their communication goals by using our services.
  • Company Webcast has focused its activities on three tasks, namely Stakeholder Communications (Investor Relations), Internal Communications and Marketing Communications.


Responsibilities:


  • Revenue Management: Responsible for developing and maintaining revenue (of which at some frequency) by capitalizing on the value of each SaaS product with existing and new customers.
  • Relationship management: Establish strategic and tactical contacts at management level (including heads of Investor Relations, Marketing & Communications, Sales & Purchasing departments) through customer networks and other channels.
  • Product & market development. Building specific industry knowledge for the various formats. Identify market developments and translate these into (outbound) sales activities.
  • Customer success: Motivate customers based on customer requirements and goals to strategically deploy webcasting and ensure optimal internal communication to achieve customer success. Identify 'cross-selling' opportunities of partner solutions, other Corporate Service products and other countries within Europe.
  • Administration: Prepare, manage and follow up on quotations and contracts. You will also be responsible for handling invoicing within your portfolio. You ensure good internal and external communication for optimal service delivery.
  • Integrated and comprehensive value proposition: Interact with internal stakeholders at our partners, our partners Corporate Services and Company Webcast. You will ensure that the webcast value proposition is fully integrated with our partners Corporate Services' other products. These responsibilities only describe the main activities and are not exhaustive. They depend on the level of expertise and ongoing projects.


Requirements: 


  • You have knowledge and experience in sales and account management in a business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience as a contact person at management level are the key attributes we are looking for.
  • Experience in managing and driving the business for a specific region/area.
