Responsibilities:

Service Delivery & Vendor Management:

• Own the IFM and Non IFM local contract(s) and manage the relationship to ensure efficient partnerships and the provision of the correct level of service and opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of WX services for all locations - including but not limited to building projects, hard services, cleaning, building services, and on-site benefits.
• Lead and ensure delivery of Fleet Services.
• Track service performance metrics through company recognized KPI's and methodologies and manage delivery through all third-party vendors to the agreed SLAs.
• Ensure quality controls of services execution by internal staff and third party vendors.
• Ensure compliance of all services with relevant norms and regulations.
• Identify and highlight best practices through continuous assessment of processes.
• Adapt service delivery to new ways of working and remote presence of employees on site. 

Project Management:

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction/refurbishment projects and capital project services for our client portfolio as well as all WX-related projects. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitablity, Engineering or Real Estate.
• 5+ years of experience in multiple-vendor management.
• 5+ years of experience of managing service delivery.
• 5+ years of experience of people management.
