Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Retail Strategy Execution: Craft and implement strategies enhancing POS consumer interaction and brand experience, with a focus on ROI and alignment with business goals and product launches.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product lines, and trade partners, ensuring retail plans are cohesively developed and effectively executed.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Manage POS development budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining brand consistency and premium presentation across all formats.
  • Innovation in Retail Display: Lead the creation and timely implementation of innovative retail displays and materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Trade Development Strategy: Develop strategies that comply with regional objectives, overseeing trade marketing campaigns, display effectiveness, and investment optimization for maximum ROI.
  • Field Force Management: Direct field force operations, enhancing team effectiveness, managing recruitment and training with external agencies, and implementing incentive schemes.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance and field activities, identifying optimization opportunities and reporting insights to stakeholders for strategic alignment.


Requirements:


  • A university degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • At least 7 years of experience in retail marketing or a similar role.
  • Regional function management is a plus.
  • People management.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of interpreting complex data to inform decision-making.
  • A seasoned expert in retail marketing, passionate about delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
  • Energetic and inspiring, with the drive to achieve both short-term wins and long-term goals.
  • A collaborative team player, able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Agile and decisive, able to quickly adapt to changing situations and make confident decisions.
  • Open and consumer-focused, bringing an outside-in perspective and valuing cross-collaboration
