Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing 
• Handle multiple concurrent requisitions across different functions and seniority levels 
• Deliver high-quality hires within tight timelines 

Agency-Style Sourcing Excellence:

• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter (must-have) 
• Utilize additional sourcing channels such as databases, referrals, and direct outreach 
• Experience with China platforms (51job, Liepin, SEEK) is a strong plus but not required 
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent pipelining for key roles 

Stakeholder Management:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR across global teams 
• Translate hiring needs into actionable sourcing strategies 
• Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and market trends 

Candidate Management & Offer Closing:

• Manage end-to-end candidate experience from engagement to offer acceptance 
• Drive offer negotiation and improve conversion rates 
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the process 

Delivery & Performance Focus:

• Work against hiring targets, SLAs, and priority requisitions 
• Maintain strong pipeline health and role visibility 
• Ensure fast execution in a high-volume, fast-paced environment 

Fully Remote Collaboration:

• Operate independently in a fully remote setup (Taiwan-based) 
• Work across time zones with global stakeholders 
• Use ATS, Teams, Outlook and other collaboration tools effectively 

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of recruitment experience 
• Strong agency / executive search background strongly preferred 
• Proven experience handling multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments 
• Experience recruiting mid-to-senior level roles 
• Fluent Mandarin & English proficiency 
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter 
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capability (agency-standard expected) 
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills 
• Strong negotiation and offer closing ability 
• High execution speed and prioritization ability
