Job description
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Solutioning: Lead workshops to capture business requirements, analyze gaps, and propose scalable SAP solutions.
- Configuration & Design: Build and maintain complex SAP configurations aligned with business goals (MM,SD).
- Testing & Deployment: Manage functional testing, defect resolution, and deployment of new releases and enhancements.
- UAT & Training Support: Guide business users through User Acceptance Testing and deliver training to Super Users and end users.
- Process Optimization: Advise stakeholders on process improvements and challenge unnecessary customizations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business leads to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Application Support: Provide expert-level support for SAP Operations processes and integrations with external systems (e.g. TMS, GTS, Plant systems, EDI).
- Workstream Leadership: Represent the Operation workstream in project governance, plan staffing and budget, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of 8 years of relevant work experience in SAP MM and/or SD modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong functional leadership with a focus on business process optimization.
- Familiarity with ABAP is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
