Senior Mechanical Engineer – Global Facilities

Responsibilities:

Project and Engineering Support

• Support design and construction of facility mechanical systems for site projects and expansions
• Contribute to sustainability and technology transfer initiatives (Alpha to Beta)
• Review and support approval of facility-related capital expenditure projects
• Collaborate with central engineering, construction, and planning teams

Reliability and Operations

• Support system reliability improvement projects, including quality improvements and end-of-life replacements
• Participate in root cause analysis and failure investigations
• Contribute to preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Analyze system and equipment performance and recommend improvements

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with site engineering and operations teams on system performance
• Support cross-functional initiatives such as business continuity, quality improvement, and safety programs
• Share lessons learned and best practices across sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5 to 8 years of facility engineering experience
• Mechanical systems design and operations
• Understanding of reliability engineering and maintenance strategies
• Experience with SPC, root cause analysis, or system improvement
