Revit / BIM Coordinator — Mechanical Services

Responsibilities: 

• Own and manage the Mechanical Revit model throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, and Structural models to identify and resolve clashes.
• Convert schematic designs into accurate, coordinated, and constructible 3D Revit models.
• Lead and mentor a remote BIM/Revit modelling team, ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
• Act as the client-facing representative, presenting design updates and coordinating technical solutions.

Requirements: 

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit with experience in Mechanical Building Services (HVAC) modelling.
• Solid understanding of BIM processes, MEP coordination, and construction workflows.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects and resolving model clashes.
• Experience leading or managing BIM/Revit teams, including remote or distributed teams. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in client-facing meetings and technical discussions.
