Project Manager PMO II

Responsibilities:

• Drive PMO governance across multiple engineering projects.
• Manage project portfolio tracking and governance activities.
• Prepare and maintain leadership dashboards and executive reports.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
• Facilitate Gate Phase/Toll Gate reviews and governance meetings.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage APQP and project documentation.
• Standardize PMO processes and governance frameworks.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean/Kaizen methodologies.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional engineering teams.
• Support leadership reviews and executive decision-making through accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Program Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) only.
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial organizations.

Preferred:

• Experience with Planisware or MS Project.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• PMI/PMP certification is an advantage.
• Experience supporting engineering or product development organizations.
