Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and product positioning
• Manage and optimize marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and digital content
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media outlets
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the technology sector
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
• Experience in B2B marketing within the IT industry is a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills
