Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Guarantee product availability in the retail channel (with a focus on Top SKUs defined by the ASM), ensuring the correct availability and distribution of our portfolio and aligned with the strategies and needs of the Sales Area
  • Define and implement strategic activities through the distributor's salespeople
  • Manage promotions and incentive programs that help achieve objectives and business sustainability
  • Strengthening the performance of the 3 main KPI pillars (Retail Distribution, Brand Building and Business), relying on the available metrics to complement these results
  • Coordinate Retail Distribution strategies, working together with Territory Executives to maintain and improve distribution levels and numerical coverage, ensuring distribution, portfolio (Top SKUs), inventory and product availability. Evaluation and optimization of routes, seeking a return on investment for PMM and DZ
  • Build with Area Sales Manager monthly and annual volume objectives (Sell Out) aligned with the needs of the Sales Area, using the available resources and tools. Review credit status of distributors to ensure their correct functioning. 
  • Direct Retail Distribution Developers according to identified development priorities. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and days of each CLO to ensure sustainability
  • Coordinate the creation and implementation of programs focused on increasing Volume, Incentives for sales force and commercial programs. Focused on strengthening performance in Retail Distribution, aligned with the strategies of the Sales Area. 
  • Support in the creation of distribution alternatives that adapt to market needs, minimize rotation


Requirements:


  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure smooth operations
  • Strong ability to manage inventory, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain detailed records.
  • Capacity to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions to improve distribution processes and resolve customer concerns.
  • Familiarity with retail distribution practices, inventory management principles, supply chain logistics, and industry trends.
