Integration Engineer - Technical Development & EDI

Roles & Responsibilities EluxOne, the strategic ERP solution of Electrolux Group, leverages SAP and its connected applications to serve businesses in the EMEA, Latin America, and North America regions. The Group is planning to expand the EluxOne solutions across the APAC & MEA regions.

You will be working as a Technical Integration Architect, either as a Senior Lead or Manager, depending on your expertise and experience. You will be based in Kuala Lumpur, MY or India for exceptional candidates, as a part of the EluxOne APAC Program.

As a successful candidate, you must have a deep understanding of SAP ECC, SAP NetWeaver architecture, and related SAP tools such as PI/PO, CPI, etc. You should have a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on development/design experience with SAP PO/CPI and a minimum of 5 years of combined experience with ESB integration middleware (SAP PO, IBM App Connect, MuleSoft or equivalent software). You should have strong exposure to applications that interface with other related systems and underlying database technologies.

Your role requires you to manage the technical integration of the project, lead design, build, and support activities. You should be able to work with global technical architects to develop a robust SAP technical architecture, collaborate with the EluxOne functional teams, other IT Services, Business teams, and multiple vendors to ensure successful technical delivery. You should also be able to work with the Change Advisory Board and manage the service delivery with a team of vendors.

You should have well-rounded experience in leading SAP technical assignments/projects, with a focus on standardization, seamless integration, infrastructure readiness, performance, and future scalability. You should have a structured and business-focused approach with hands-on problem-solving skills.

The critical competencies for this role include being highly motivated, flexible, and adaptable, a team player with a can-do attitude, and the ability to work with global teams to develop a scalable and reliable interface design for complex enterprise system environments.

Key skills and experience required for this role include being a subject matter expert in developing and supporting SAP PO, expertise in any B2B integration broker, knowledge of API- REST/SOAP, Webservices, SAP integration methods such as RFC BAPI, ABAP, IDOC, etc., and experience with one or more protocol tools apart from SAP PO. Familiarity with the SCBN platform and different EDI formats like XML, EDIFACT, csv, etc. and CPI experience will be an added advantage.
