Job description

Purchase, Fixed Assets and ExpensesBill booking in ERP

Daily deposit including cheque deposit, online reciept update in system, adjustment of customer bills against reciept

Bank reconciliation, Interest on OD checking and comunication with bank etc.

Opening of local an International Letter of Credits and other banking tools.

Interest updation in system after obtaining statement from bank

Debtors online collection intimation to marketing, follow up for bill details.

Payment updatio (Local/Forex), Creditors TDS payment entry, 26AS updation in ERP

Vendor Creation, Debtors and Creditors reconciliation

Obtaining Debtors and Creditors Balance Confimation on period basis

Assisting superiors for finalization of books of accounts

Inventory audits in plant

Other requirements of day to day accounting
