Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and seek approval on the manpower norms for the store with the ABM
  • Develop and implement reporting & review mechanisms to track operational performance and ensure course correction
  • Drive the Sales plans, monitor and analyse the sales data in coordination with the Sales Staff to ensure that the store targets are met
  • Ensure pay-out of the incentive schemes to the store staff as per individual performance with coordination from the relevant teams and escalate appropriately if needed
  • Conduct training need analysis in the store and nominate staff to undergo re-training when required


Requirements:


  • 8–10 years of luxury retail experience, including 4–5 years in a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
  • Strong experience in driving store operations, including sales planning, inventory management, visual merchandising, compliance, financial controls, and overall store profitability.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in hiring, coaching, training, performance management, succession planning, and leading high-performing retail teams.
  • Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle VIP customers, resolve escalations, execute customer engagement initiatives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • A Bachelor's degree (Graduation) is mandatory and is an essential eligibility criterion for candidates applying for this position.
