Job description
Responsibilities:
- Website / Extranet: Editing, maintenance and publication of content (newsletter, creating new pages)
- Contact point for the subsidiaries regarding user administration on the extranet and Word Press training
- Editing, translation and release of product information (PI) in co-operation with the product managers
- Editing, translation and publication of price information, project and country conditions for subsidiaries and partners in the ERP system
- Maintenance of product prices and conditions in the ERP system
- Document management with Profile (PDM)
- Responsible for processing the product roadmap
- Technical documentation: coordination with external suppliers and translators
- Various assistance tasks for the Sales & Marketing department: organizing events and meetings, taking minutes
- Publication of management system documents on the extranet
Requirements:
- Basic commercial training or comparable training
- Further training as a webmaster / web publisher or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Very good MS Office skills
- Responsible and resilient personality with a high level of service orientation
- Very independent, conscientious and precise way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English and French
