Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Support site to create the annual lean plan, identify key improvement priorities to enhance site performance
  • To implement enhanced TEOA system in plant and achieve TEOA Star level plant through improvement activity.
  • Conduct workshops and Lead / lean know-how transfer projects, to implement, optimize and solve specific problems in operation
  • Deliver TEOA trainings / lean trainings (e.g. TEOA Basics, Bootcamp training)
  • Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows across various departments or business units.
  • Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement.
  • Perform root cause analysis to determine underlying issues affecting process performance.


Requirements:


Education:


  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related majors


Qualification & Certification:


  • Fluent with Microsoft Office, Power BI
  • GB or BB is plus


Experience:


  • 5+ years progressive experience in Lean / IE / Six Sigma deployment background
  • Familiar with automotive industry
  • IE background is preferred
  • Have demonstrated the ability to use Lean principle 
  • Lead team to use Lean/Six Sigma tools and influence others positively
  • Have demonstrated the ability on Lean training
  • Willing to burden high pressure 
  • Management experiences or with high potential
  • Good team work and stronger communication skill


Technical Skill & Competencies:


  • Familiar with lean methodology, mindset
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead change
  • Experience as project leader of improvement projects
  • Good communication and ability to influence others
