Responsibilities:
Rules & Procedures:
- Serve on-site production delivery and quality performance, be responsible for solving difficult problems and continuous improvement of mold maintenance technology,
- TPM management performance of mold maintenance & spare parts management, etc., and effectively implement TE's core values.
Solve difficult problems in mold maintenance technology & continuous improvement:
- Analysis and solution of various mold technical problems in the mold production process & continuous improvement, involving quality, output, abnormal downtime, work efficiency, etc., with engineering and technical ideas to analyze the causes of problems, solution design drawings and result verification, and effectively expand horizontally.
- Summarize the experience of solving technical problems of mold maintenance, and continue to improve the standardization of mold maintenance
Mold Repair TPM Management Performance & Spare Parts Management Improvement:
- Mold maintenance preventive work summary and machine change planning, effectively improve mold maintenance abnormal shutdown, maintenance work efficiency and maintenance and repair time cycle.
- Effectively improve the accuracy of mold parts management and abnormal fast response, and continuously improve the maintenance cost and inventory of mold parts.
Requirements:
Education:
- Major, Mechanical design/Mold design, etc., college degree or above Plus read and write English
Work experience:
- Process Engineer More than two years of on-site maintenance experience in stamping dies, CI Engineer
- precision stamping/ordinary stamping
- More than two years of stamping die engineering technology improvement (design IE engineer
- production technician Work experience, working experience in the electronic stamping industry of foreign companies Stamping Process Technician
- UP Technician (Bond6) Priority is given to testing.

Ability requirements:
- Proficient in the use of CAD and other engineering drawing software, mold parts design improvement drawings, specific technical problems analysis and engineering technology improvement ability;
- Proficient in the use of office software, able to conduct data analysis and summary, experience summary of difficult problems and continuous improvement and follow-up ability.
- Familiar with lean/problem solving tool applications such as lean KAIZEN, TPM, STD work, etc., and familiar with the application of management performance indicators such as OEE, QCO, spare parts management, etc.
- Familiar with five major tools such as quality management, PFMEA, APQP and so on is preferred.
- Good communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving and planning skills.
