Responsibilities

  • Total Rewards Lead supports implementation of Global and AMEA Total Rewards strategies, programs and policies.
  • Role is expected to design and implement rewards practices in the area of compensation, benefits, incentives, recognition and retention.
  • Responsibilities will be divided to design, implement and support required rewards interventions for a cluster of AMEA countries and lead, on a rotational basis.
  • Serving as a Change agent, design innovative reward solutions to drive employee experience and engagement (Flex/Choice based programs), pay for performance culture and promote retention.
  • Support the development & deployment of the Global and AMEA  Total Rewards strategies, policies, processes, practices and tools to meet business needs and remain in line with competitive benchmarks.
  • Design, manage and implement of country specific reward projects for applicable clusters, balancing Global and Regional standards with local market practices and business needs, to deliver fit for purpose outcomes.
  • Remain current on local Reward legislation changes and adjust programs as necessary with support from external providers, legal or local HR.
  • Lead C&B integration resulting from M&A activities.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field 
  • Highly Experienced in the Total Rewards area for 8+ years. 
  • Regional experience in Total Rewards preferred 
  • High Drive for Results, Nimble Learning, problem solving approach, strong team player, strong customer focus
  • Excellent attention to detail and good numerical and strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with HR Software – Success Factors or Workday
