Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales team in managing and maximizing customer relationships.
  • Keeping current with all technical details of the Network Collaboration services
  • Working closely with our customers in a pre-sales role, to understand their technical requirements and explain technical solutions.
  • Preparing compelling commercial proposals after gathering customer needs and agreeing on detailed specifications.
  • Support in developing Collaboration solutions based on market trends.
  • reparing and conducting technology demonstrations in customer-facing situations and needs
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and acting as a representative of at all times
  • Evaluating Collaboration Solutions from OEM's and Partners in the market and putting together a Point of View and/or Solution proposition.
  • Working closely with Collaboration Partners and support in putting together a Go to market Strategy based on the Partner solutions and offering with Collaboration Partners.  

Requirements:

  • Commercial awareness, an understanding of the sales cycle process and ability to build customer relationships and trust.
  • Ability to manage and interpret customer requirements.
  • A confident, professional personality and style, able to present at customer meetings, seminars, training sessions and trade shows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Foreign language skills in one or more of French, German, Spanish or Italian would be highly beneficial but not essential.
  • A relevant technical degree (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering.
  • Experience in technical solution architecting or pre-sales customer facing situations
  • At least 10 years recent relevant experience, Contact Center/voice/Video design, implementation and management.
  • Knowledge of IP telephony and Unified communication - Cisco and non cisco Telephony Solutions.
  • Contact Center solutions knowledge like  but not restricted to IVR, ACD, Recording, WFM etc.
  • Video Solutions like Conferencing, Bridging, 3rd Part Interoperability etc.
  • Shall have knowledge of Collaboration tools understanding of Fault, Performance and provisioning like Prognosis, Cisco PA etc.
  • Basic understanding of storage, server etc.
  • Overall solution understanding of IT infrastructure across the data center.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar role in at least one of the key target vertical market sectors.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to run service demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • A willingness to travel as required, including Europe, USA and India.
