Description

Responsibilities:


  • Identifying targets, processing of inquiries, responding efficiently and accurately to customers requiring RFQ, RFP, RFI, Tenders, Bids, and Proposal and negotiating win-win profitable conversions pertaining to shipments.
  • Increasing sales by communicating with clients in Singapore while projecting a professional company image through-in person, email, and phone interactions.
  • KAM to have a commercial focus with operations knowledge in Oil & Gas
  • Development & maintenance of key clients will be integral to the role, thus pre-existing relationships with O & G customers would be highly beneficial..
  • The role will involve business development, customer relationship management across various verticals of Project Logistics with a focus on Oil & Gas/resupply vertical
  • Build a strong market platform with authentic opportunities/pipelines. 
  • Team player and ability to closely work with the network, in order to streamline the global & strategic accounts smoothly.
  • Identification & development of strategic target accounts.
  • To conduct QBRs with key customers on regular basis.
  • Support in developing new customers and retention of existing customers.
  • Identify and target accounts with customized propositions in line with our national/regional/global sales strategy.

Requirement:

  • Academic work and Vocational & thinking level.
  • Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Projects freight management.
  • Great multimodal experience and operational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation & presentation techniques.
  • Good sales techniques; concept sales, customer psychology, and purchasing patterns.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in the English language.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Strong Project Management and reporting skills.
