Description

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage social & digital intelligence collection and reporting for the cluster. Systematic analysis & consolidation of social/cultural trend and relevant digital data points. Inform the group and divisions on key opportunities based on these data points:
  • Lead the collection and systematic analysis of timely social data (social insights, digital insights etc.), ensuring information quality and accuracy. Analyze latest social/digital trend to inform the cluster group business strategy.
  • Collect and analyse social listening/trend watching data points for all categories, all divisions; curate monthly trend report based on business needs.
  • Analyse available digital data point (search, ratings & review, VTO usage data, digital target audience/ consumers from FB/Google)
  • Track brand performance (brand buzz, engagement etc) and identify new rising brands that are of importance for the Group to watch
  • Work together with the zone CMI teams to ensure social data is correctly transferred and to exchange best practices
  • Support the team on consumer data file management (population, addressable target pivot, penetration, consumer audience etc) and project related matter.
  • Support on projects management
  • Liaise with agency on project related matter


Requirements:


  • Degree or Master in maths/stats or science with passion towards consumer and data
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in relevant insight field (agency or client) – at least 2 successful year in social/ digital insight curation role
  • Ability to work with new data sources and integrate multiple data source to form insightful takeout
  • Familiar with ad hoc research studies and methodology
  • Qualities: curious, open minded, pragmatic and able to adapt quickly to changes a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, but also self-sufficient and resilient when working without supervision
  • Confident, enthusiastic and persuasive in their manner, the job holder will be practical and methodical in their approach to problem solving
  • Cooperate with internal and external cross functional stakeholders using collaborative & agile Group tools and project modes
  • Present and communicate sharp, clear, strong messages, directly useful for top management to make decisions
  • Language proficiency – mastering English a must, bonus if can converse in other dialect
