It has its branches spread to 5 offices, providing employment to more than 9,000 people all over the world. They fall in the Fortune 500 Companies. Their core business is designing, manufacturing and marketing of products for end-to-end transmissions.

Job description

Job Scope:


To provide complete sales and marketing services to all customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory in accordance with sound business principles and specific sales and marketing policies.

Also, to secure sufficient sales volume to meet or exceed established sales budgets as specified in the profit plan and accomplish other sales and marketing objectives.


Responsibilities:


Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Secure sales volume to meet or exceed sales budget in the industrial vertical. 
  • Identify, cultivate, negotiate and close projects with solution offering. 
  • Spec-in solution through active engagement with OEM’s. Provide quote and application solution to potential customers with timely and high-quality service. 
  • Educate and engage customers of new products/solution/programs. Effectively manage existing and new accounts to consistently improve market share in India. 
  • Collaborate with business partners to amplify sales effectiveness. 
  • Manage and improve sales funnel/CRM with good win ratio. Develop monthly sales forecasts. Initiate weekly plan for specified verticals or territories. 
  • Connect market intelligence and identify/implement new product/vertical opportunities.


Requirements:


  • Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10+ years’ experience in related technical sales. In depth knowledge of solution selling to OEM’s. 
  • Good attitude of “play to win”, “customer define our success”, and “reach for greatness through teamwork”. 
  • Proven sales record with great leadership potential to take bigger responsibility in mid-term. 
  • Well understand eco-system of industrial projects in such typical vertical markets as office/residential construction, banking, datacenter, telecom, audio/video, etc. Familiar with structure cable and connectivity products. 
  • Results oriented with process mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong ownership. 
  • Willing to dedicate extra time and travel to meet objectives
