Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Strategy & Pricing – You support the Senior RGM Manager in developing 1 to 3 year pricing/PPA goals and in creating innovation budgets. You drive pack pricing initiatives through competitive analysis and market research and evaluate implemented initiatives.
  • Trade Investments - Setting trade investment budgets and a list price strategy for the DACH region as part of annual business planning.
  • Innovation & Insights – Evaluate potential innovations commercially, including pricing recommendations and go-to-market strategies. Generate informed insights to make strategic recommendations at category, brand and customer levels.
  • Category Expertise - Become a category expert and advise other departments on commercial initiatives such as pack activation, limited editions and co-packed products.
  • Stakeholder Management & Tools - Build strategic partnerships within the DACH region and with the European Central Business Unit. Participate in the implementation and use of RGM tools and functions.


Requirements:


  • A strong commercial understanding paired with RGM knowledge from functions such as account management or revenue growth management.
  • You have successfully completed your studies in economics or a comparable qualification.
  • Through a collaborative mindset, you promote cross-functional collaboration for effective goal achievement.
  • The ability to work and think strategically and to consider long- and short-term perspectives when formulating solutions.
  • Ideally, knowledge of the German food retail sector and trading structures.
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools such as Tableau/Power BI.
  • Ideally experience with Unify and/or Nielsen.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
