About the company:

Responsibilities: 


  • Manage the recruitment process end to end
  • Keep an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers
  • Verify job descriptions with the hiring manager and design interview questions that reflect the position’s requirements and attract talents to the company
  • Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the organization’s-culture and strategy
  • Sourcing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels
  • Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments
  • Run regular updates to hiring managers
  • Engaging with Senior Stakeholders
  • Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision
  • Propose employment offers in line with the client guidelines
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates

 

Requirements:


  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment
  • Must hold English & Mandarin language proficiency
  • Experience in hiring for IT and Non- IT positions
  • Able to perform as an individual contributor and be hands-on
  • Should have a recognized Master’s / Bachelor’s degree
  • Well versed in social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Has the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Growth mindset and learning agility
  • Has a strong passion and desire to make a difference
