  • Manage continuous improvement projects in the Customer Service area - Represent the area in multidisciplinary and multifunctional projects, raising the requirements of the area and defining the execution plan.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the process and support area managers in structuring action plans with the areas involved.
  • Analyze qualitative data received from two clients through opinion research and convert it into internal improvement initiatives and represent the team in global discussion forums.
  • Act as a facilitator in team training initiatives.
  • Be the channel of communication with the Americas of projects and continuous improvement and identify methodologies and opportunities and convert them into regional activities (Latin America).
  • Support the area leader in the conduct of monitoring activities and review of metrics and established goals, identifying the root cause of two deviations and developing project plans to resolve them.


  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Project Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Understanding of two processes and recommended customer service practices
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies: Six Sigma or similar
  • Systems Knowledge Integrated Management (ERP): JDE / SAP
  • Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
