Description

Role Description: 

  • The Practice Director role brings expertise to understand Digital functions, how you design, transform, optimize and deliver across integrated cross channels.
  • The engages and influences C-level executives in marketing and technology leadership to position and drive digital initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the CXOs and influence Applications, Digital Strategy and Technology.
  • Position and articulate Application Services and Platform offerings to clients.
  • Have worked either with Servicenow platform or app dev world.
  • Currently works for a systems integrator, consultancy, or major technology organization. 
  • Create Business Development Plans for allocated sectors/accounts and help identify prospective clients.
  • Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.
  • Offshoring or near-shoring experience is required.
  • Self-starter and an individual contributor who can drive sales and create opportunities.

Requirements:

  • New Business and/or Account Management experience.
  • Sold at C-Level in Corporate/Enterprise Clients.
  • Sold project-based professional services around software solutions or application services.
  • Ideally product and services sales experience with ITSM.
  • Solution and process experience with ITSM, CSM, ITBM, HR, PPM, GRC, and SecOps.
  • Drive solutions sales process and bring in new logos.
  • Qualify and understand customer needs and provide guidance/leadership.
  • Build business cases, presentations, and customer strategies.
  • Demonstrate ServiceNow solution and value tailored to prospects and existing customers, both on-site and via virtual meetings.
  • Drive proof of concept/proof of value engagements with prospects.
  • Lead strategy and coordination of (RFI) / request for proposal (RFP) documents when approved by the organization.
  • Stay current on product developments/releases to a level required to discuss solutions with Director+ in organizations.
  • Experience Solution Selling with a strong technical foundation.
  • Strong enterprise software pre-sales experience is a plus.
  • Provide mentoring and support to peers and other colleagues in the organization.
  • Good rapport building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.
