  • Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the Snow integration
  • Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of Snow
  • Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests 
  • Manage and develop vendor relationship for ServiceNow product support
  • Creates documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, PowerPoint decks, user guides, process flows, and newsletters.
  • Automated MIS/Dashboards/Presentations for management
  • Identify the opportunities to improve and automate existing processes and drive them to closure
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly metrics reporting , User administration, Business Service administration
  • Software License administration


  • Total 4-6 years of IT experience, with minimum 2+ years of hand-on ServiceNow development and admin experience
  • Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow required - ITSM modules, Knowledge Management, Performance Analytics, CMDB, Service Catalog, Content Mgmt, Mid Server, Import Sets, Reporting
  • Expertise level programming skills
  • Should have basic understanding for IT Service Management Processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Request Management etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills used to interact with both technical and non-technical cross-functional team members.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle
  • ServiceNow – Performance Analytics configuration knowledge
  • CMDB – data model designing, setting up automatic discovery, data certification
  • Experience on asset management is also desirable (not mandatory)
  • Experience with at least 1 ServiceNow Version upgrade
