Role Description:

Responsibilities:


  • Partner with department heads in response to staffing requirements;
  • Responsible for developing and managing highly effective processes to attract and hire high quality and best fit talent in a full range of positions.
  • Provide strategic recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, legal developments, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons, functions as subject matter expert on all subsidiary recruitment activities.
  • Work on improving candidate and recruiter experience while ensuring process adherence and compliance
  • Research and recommend best practices and methods for improving the hiring process, such as skills testing and other assessment tools.
  • Counsel hiring managers on staffing/recruitment policies & procedures to ensure compliance and understanding of legal & operational requirements, hiring & compensation guidelines.
  • Provide training workshops with new managers to teach best recruiting practices and processes for highest quality selection decisions.
  • Ensure recruiting and staffing programs meet business needs at the global level and follow legal and regulatory requirements as well as competitive best practices.
  • Assist with workforce planning and budgeting activities
  • Focus on meeting the needs of internal and external customers with a constant view to understand their mindset and design initiatives in line with their needs.


Requirements: 


  • Post-graduation and experience of 5 + years in Corporate recruitment in the Tech or IT Services industry.
  • Preferred experience and successful history of leading major recruiting projects and new initiatives successfully
  • Ability to manage a recruiting staff through large-scale recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships; Ability to collaborate effectively with others, implement HR staffing processes, strategies and programs
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Previous experience with ATS or CRM/ candidate database systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and carry them out independently
  • Strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment Ability to multitask; versatile Strong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently.
