  • We are seeking a business leader that can lead new business and sales efforts in one of the Industries – Banking & Financial Services, Capital Markets, Retail, Technology, Products, Hitech, Healthcare, CPG, etc.
  • Specific experience with c-level and senior-level business and technology executives is required.

Requirements:

The best candidates for this role will:

  • Ability to lead clients in defining their digital transformation journey, identifying opportunities for business, lead conversations and bring all the capability our client and our client digital have to bear.
  • Leading large digital transformation programs across business, IT, and third parties.
  • In parallel to your client focus, you will work to strengthen and constantly evolve our own internal Digital Transformation consulting operations as well as market offerings
  • You have managed digital transformation programs, leading a project team and interfacing directly with client stakeholders.
  • Should be  liaising directly with senior stakeholders up to CXO level
  • Have a hybrid personality with a mindset of Digital strategy, Program delivery excellence, Technical acumen, and Business development.
  • Be a seasoned client-facing executive having worked in areas of strategy consulting, digital, analytics, automation, and business process services.
  • Possess strong industry understanding and point of view on one or two industries
  • Have experience targeting specific accounts or sets of accounts.
  • Be able to work well with our client internal Client Partners.
  • Demonstrate experience in supporting service and product design initiatives that involve customer journeys that weave together the digital and traditional content, commerce, and community into a cohesive lifecycle experience.
  • Experience with Digitization of processes and Customer Journey would be welcome.
  • Demonstrate experience at breaking down the functional boundaries between organizational silos to create a leaner, more agile digital organization.
  • Subject matter expertise in multiple digital functions.
  • Specialization must be at SME level focused in Digital
  • Ability to solution and put ‘pen to paper’
  • Look for specialist sales talent. Ability to have SME capability for a good sales conversation. Have the L2 / L3 conversations.
  • DO NOT share generic salesperson. We need a salesperson who can get hands-on.
  • strong sales &  consulting background with global organizations
  • liaising directly with senior stakeholders up to CXO level.
  • Managing opportunities through the consulting sales process, and leading subsequent delivery.
