The role:
Our client is looking for an experienced CX/UX designer based in Hoevalken on a hybrid basis. You must have worked with corporate and complex products and have deep familiarity with concepts like Lean Product, Lean UX, User-centered design. You will solve intuitive solutions while collaborating in a diverse international team.Your mission will be to immerse yourself in our customers' journeys, comprehensively mapping out their workflows while staying ahead of the dynamic trends in the Tax and Accounting industry across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- You will convert complex business and customer requirements into actionable strategies and turn these into useful and usable designs.
- You’ll be Communicating complex problems and their solutions in a clear and convincing manner adjusting to your audience.
- Promote the necessity of user research, discovery, and a lean approach to product development.
- You will collaborate with user researchers to gain insights and translate these into viable solutions.
- Conduct usability testing to validate the solutions your team has found.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across disciplines and country borders to ensure transparency of your work and create consensus.
- Drive the efficiency of the design process in your own team and impact the way of working across other European design teams.
Requirements:
- You must be highly skilled in finding simple design solutions to tricky workflow problems.
- You will have to be familiar with a variety of research methods and can promote the right approach for the right context.
- You must have be experienced in collaborating in cross-functional and international teams.
- You must be deeply familiar with concepts like Lean Product, Lean UX, User-Centered Design, Jobs to be Done, etc.
- You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are an expert in using common design tools such as Figma.
- Comfortable with taking initiative in an agile corporate context.
