Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Saudia’s business goals and user needs.
- Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Create detailed user personas and content maps to guide content creation.
Content Creation and Optimization:
- Write clear, concise, and engaging content for the website and app in both Arabic and English.
- Create and manage multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics.
- Develop interactive tools and features to enhance user engagement.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure it meets accessibility standards.
Content Management:
- Collaborate with the Content Management System team (CMS) to manage and update content efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all content.
- Implement best practices for content maintenance, including regular reviews and updates.
User Experience and Design:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly designs and layouts.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to test and refine the user experience.
- Ensure all content is accessible and adheres to WCAG guidelines.
Testing and Validation:
- Conduct rigorous testing of content in lower environments before going live.
- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and fix issues.
- Validate that all content meets quality, accessibility, and performance standards before production deployment.
Analytics and Continuous Improvement:
- Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor content performance and user behavior.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Regularly review and update content based on data insights and user feedback.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in content design, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on web content.
- Experience with SEO, UX/UI design, and content management systems.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
