Description

Responsibilities:


  • Identify opportunities and build business cases.
  • Maintain and ensure an extensive knowledge of current market conditions & future trends with all concerned stakeholders.
  • Interpret and support financial due diligence on potential opportunities with different valuation methodologies and recommend courses of action.
  • Manage relationships with third party developers, project off-takers and co-developer.
  • Support transaction leader in deal structuring, negotiation strategies, and financial due diligence.
  • Review and recommend course of action on contractual and binding documents such as Shareholder Agreements, Project Development Agreements, O&M Agreements, Financial Agreements, and Equity Subscription & retention Agreements.


Requirements:


  • You must hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical/Renewable). Master's Degree is desirable.
  • You should have a minimum of 7 years work experience in renewables, business development and transactions.
  • Project management skills are preferred.
