Responsibility :


Core responsibilities will include:

· Growth: Defining a sound business growth strategy in conjunction with account team; focus on growing the consulting business contribution to account through differentiated sales, and higher billing rates and margins. Ensuring the consulting business opens new business opportunities to expand Xoriant’s client footprint

· Solutions and Competency: Enhancing positioning with the C-suite by effectively positioning differentiated services and solutions within the account

· Branding: Creating a strong Xoriant Market Positioning - help improve Xoriant’s mindshare amongst key stakeholders in client organizations

· People Leadership: Ensuring strong leadership with the consulting teams engaged on named accounts

· Ability to sell across service lines - Infrastructure and Application Services experience preferred. Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively along vertical and horizontal planes internally and in client organizations.


Requirement :


·       At least 12-15 years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations

·       Strong knowledge of the global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies. Should be familiar with cross-selling various service lines for customers

·       Ability to present and interact at VP levels, and have consultative sales capability.

·       Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account.

·       Ability to manage multi-cultural teams and travel to different client locations - mostly within the US and sometimes across the world if needed for expanding our footprint in other geographies.

·       Exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles will be required

·       Should have managed a multi-million USD account, across various geos.

·       Strong Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the CxO level.

·       Carry targets on revenue, bookings, and OM.
