Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain long term, trusted relationships with our clients  
  • Escalate relationships within client to C-level executives.  
  • Broaden and support strategic planning with the client to include multiple business and technology areas  
  • Establish and drive project and customer based Steering Committees  
  • Ensure long term client satisfaction and referencability  
  • Educate and drive adoption around company's full-service offerings, bringing in our key experts when necessary for demonstration or prototype purposes Encourage and track ongoing and regular customer feedback, including coordination with our customer experience team initiatives  
  • Project scoping and estimating  
  • Craft creative solutions to client business and technology problems  
  • Work side by side with the Partner to develop quality level of effort estimates for client projects  
  • Provide leadership to the client and account teams during scoping to ensure our full-service offerings and resourcing have been discussed and considered in a meaningful way that brings value to both the client and company
  • Be held accountable against Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines  
  • Oversight and guidance of day to day project delivery teams Manage the project delivery teams to meet and exceed client expectations  
  • Determine and drive optimal project staffing including resource requests, partnered with consulting operations  
  • With the Project Manager, develop and track high level project plans, milestones, project health, resource assignment accuracy, status and risks  
  • Ensure project team utilizes best practices and methodologies  
  • Coordinate with Regional Practice Leads, providing feedback on project team  
  • Financials Maintain overall responsibility for scope and budget of projects, including the development and processing of change orders Ensure projects within client portfolio achieve targeted profitability  
  • Accurately forecast revenues for assigned client group 
  • Manage individual and group utilization targets  
  • Human Resources Lead a team of 3-4 direct report project managers that are dedicated to the strategic account team  
  • Grow the team by managing job postings and driving hiring decisions, partnered with our recruiting team  


Requirements:


  • BS. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business or equivalent 8+ years' experience with delivery of consulting services or equivalent  
  • Proven relationship and program management skills with experience growing and developing a strong, trusted-adviser relationship with customers  
  • Confident and thoughtful personality with the ability to adapt styles to multiple types of clients  
  • Ability to lead Program teams and enhance moral  
  • Project Management experience mandatory  
  • Superior time management and prioritization skills with the proven ability to multi-task with the management of 8 to 10 client relationships at any given time Technical acumen to support teams and to advise clients in a technical environment  
  • Driven by customer success with a team player attitude  
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the SaaS eco-system  
  • Knowledge of Client context and client engagement guidelines including organizational sensitivities to consistently look for new solutions  
  • Ability to navigate across various customer departments to cross sell solutions, building upon existing account relationships  
  • Extensive and proven client management experience Some sales experience writing and delivering client proposals.
  • Located and able to work in the U.S. or Canada from a home office and able to travel on average of 40% post COVID
